We have had to create new terms so that every one can understand that we are a serious ministry and intend to be here till the Lord comes and takes us away.
We have several rings and sites so we created a terms and Condition page for all of them we also have help and FAQ here for you to all benefit from. If you have a problem and can't find the solution here then please email us so we can work together and find the answer to your problem. This way if any one else has the same problem we will have the solution here for them benefit from.
Romans Road End Time Ministries was founded in 1999, it was just a simple page carried on yahoos geocities free web hosting it was just 1 page with the plan of salvation. I knew nothing of Webrings, search engines or even a counter for the site. I was a truck driver at the time so I really had no time to learn HTML or anything like that. See I was out on the road 5 to 8 weeks at a time so if I did learn anything I would forget it before I would get back from my trips.
So in 2002 I got sick and almost died from complications from my teeth they had poisoned my body with a bacteria. It infected my lungs and I was hospitalized for 4 months near death. Being in the hospital for so long God had really dealt with me on my life I was living for him and of course Romans Road.
He put it on my heart to change a lot of things and to learn HTML so that I could build Romans Road they way it should be built.
So when I got home I tried to find Romans Road on the yahoo sever but to no avail. It simply could not be found.
So I recreated it knowing nothing of what I was doing but it just all seemed to just come together and I learned the fundamentals of HTML in just a few days. I know that God was leading me to the right people to get Romans Road started. I partnered with a pretty lager website and that lead to learning more of Webrings.
So to keep this short since 1999 to know we have grown from 1 simple page to 3 websites and 24 Webrings and we still have more to do.
God is going to poor out his sprit soon on a lost and dyeing world, we must be ready for this there will be an explosion of websites and a lost world looking for answers to there questions. We whant them to come to us for the answer JESUS CHRITS OUR LORD AND SAVIOUR.

The Holy Bible, Old and New Testaments (without Apocrypha),
must be regarded as complete in every way or your site will not to be welcomed in our rings.
NOTE: We will allow pet pages but none of the above rules can be broken. Example a site just about you family pets not as a way to sell animals or abuse of them.
God put them here for us to have dominion over them, that means if you have one as a pet you should care for it as you would your self.
Has not posted the code for your site within 14 days of application to the ring.
Way was my site suspended or moved to the queue?
You have changed the page URL on your sever and the webring checker cannot check to see if the code is on your site.
You may be having bandwidth problems from high traffic.
We recommend that you get your own domain 1 and 1 has a great package for you that's where we are and we have never been happier.
NOTE: Most free severs will reset them self after 6 am there time.
Yahoo will reset after 1 or 2 hours.
Always remember to change the info in the site administrator if you rename your pages.
When we were checking the ring we could not find the page that the code is on.
Note: Some webmasters will redo their site and forget to change the links in the rings they belong to.

NOTE: We will always email you and tell you what we find. The reason is once we had a site join one of our rings and they passed the terms to be moved to members. After we accepted them they change the site to a porn site. So we know there are folks out there that do this and we know that it can happen to you.
So we always give the benefit of the doubt to our members.
When will I get emails from the ringmaster?
When a major prayer request comes to our attention.
When we update the ring.
When we get a new ring we will send you an invite.
When we have a problem with your site.

What if I want to leave a ring?
If you want to leave a ring:
First if you have a problem email us and lets work it out.
We do not want to lose you as a member we value you as a member and pray you stay.
If you chose to leave please do the following:
- Log into the webring sever and delete your site from the ring.
- Remove the code from your site.
Joining a webring comes with a certain amount of responsibly.
It is not a ringmasters place to keep emailing you to see what you intentions are.
Some people will just remove the code and when a ringmaster notices it he will email them and they don't answer.
A ringmaster dose not need this headache and it's not a very nice thing to do to the ringmaster.
NOTE: We will email you 3 times and give you 30 days to answer if you do not answer you will be removed from the ring.
What is a ringmaster's responsibility?
A ringmaster has several responsibilities:
To create a ring that is in good working order.
To make sure the members have the help they need in a timely manner.
Ringmasters should not add a webring to other Webrings unless the ring is for rings.
Ringmasters should check sites in each ring they manage at least once a month.
To notify members of bad links on there site if they find them.
Not to abandon a ring it should be adopted out to another ministry.

We have several Webrings we have adopted from webring and ringserf. We will only adopt child safe rings.
How do I create a webring for my site?
First chose a webring sever.
We recommend The Kings Rings or JLYM Christian Webrings.
These are Christian based webring services. And Free!
Gather your graphics for your ring. Your Templet, webring code graphic.
We have many links to free stuff to help you in this matter if you cant find what you want email us and we will help you locate it free of charge. We are here to help.
Name you Ring.
If you plan on making a site ring name it YOUR SITES NAME site ring. If you are creating just a webring then you need to do a search to see if the name you are seeking is already in use.
NOTE:There are several rings out there that are named the same. You really want to create a one of a kind ring.
You will need to create a nice ring code for your webring one that is pleasing to the eye.
Server gives you a generic code but it is a plan one which people tend to shy away from.
NOTE: Never put an email link in your code. It exposes your members and you to spam.
You should list your ring with The Ringlink Webring Directory and The King's Links to generate traffic to your new ring.
After you have created the ring then you will need to invite sites to join. I recommend you find high traffic sites I can recommend 4 site to you. Email them and they will join if they consider your ring to have a good standing.
You will also need a banner if it is not a site ring and a logo for banner exchanges with as many sites as you can.

Terms and Conditions for hosting a webring with The Kings Rings or joining a webring hosted by The Kings Rings.
These "Terms and Conditions" represent our zero tolerance membership policy and will be strictly enforced to ensure integrity, Christian values and a family safe webring service.
The Kings Rings (thekingsrings.com) is owned and operated by Romans Road End Time Ministries (romansroad.org) and for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions are hereafter considered one in the same and referred to as The Kings Rings.
Any and all webring owner(s) including their respective site member(s) using The Kings Rings webring services will hereafter be referred to as "Member".
1. Member agrees to use any and all of The Kings Rings services at member's own risk. The Kings Rings specifically disclaims any and all responsibility and or liability for any of it's members and in no event shall The Kings Rings be responsible and or liable for any loss, loss of data and or any other damages of any kind.
2. The Kings Rings may change and or amend these Terms and Conditions at anytime, whereas any such changes and or amendments of the Terms and Conditions will apply and become effective immediately to all Members.
3. Any ring Member or webring hosted by The Kings Rings, or site Member and or web site of a hosted webring, (even if sponsored by another web host yet ran through this webring service) cannot contain display and or promote any form of the following, including but not limited to: hate messages, profanity, nudity or semi-nudity, offensive material, obscene or offensive behavior or topic(s), illegal activities; demonic, occult, satanic, new age or anti-Christian values or beliefs, pro-choice or pro-abortion views, gay or lesbian lifestyle views, a distorted view or faulty interpretation of the Holy Bible, or links to any other web site(s) with any of the above mentioned.

The Kings Rings reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Member of The Kings Rings webring services at any time and for any reason without prior notice.

Member agrees to protect and indemnify The Kings Rings against any and all liability, loss, or expense arising from claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trademarks, trade names or patents, violations of rights and privacy and infringement of copyrights and property resulting from Member's use of any of The Kings Rings services.
5. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, and the courts of the judicial district of Contra Costa County shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any proceeding in connection with this Agreement.
Reserved Rights and Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold The Kings Rings, and its affiliates and agents harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees due to or arising out of content you make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another. We also reserve the following rights:
1. To deny, remove or block any Ring and Ring Information from the Service with notice, for any reason, including tampering or interfering with the function of the Service, violation of these Terms of Service, and lack of use.
2. To adopt, maintain, or reassign any Ring and Ring information that appear to have been abandoned.
3. To modify or discontinue this Service for any reason, either temporarily or permanently, without notice. You agree that The Kings Rings shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
4. Upon leaving the Service, Ring Members and Ringmasters agree to remove all The Kings Rings related data, including links supplied by The Kings Rings, and trademarks from their web site.
